About Adita...


My name is Adita Lang, and I’m a certified health and nutrition coach with over 40 years of experience, but more importantly...I am the mother of 2 amazing kids.


Several years ago, I found myself in a parent meeting about school lunches. As the questions came in, I saw frustration, confusion, and several misconceptions. Our kids are born as a clean slate, unfortunatly society, grandparents, and nosey friends kick in with a wide array of opinions that can be helpful at times, or...overwhelming.


When I saw the craziness that my fellow parents were experiencing, I wrote SuperPowers of the Family Kitchen as a means of making mealtime less stressful and more nurishing - both for the mind and the body.


Since then, I have been blessed to work with thousands of families to restore PEACE to their FAMILY KITCHEN. I’ve been able to help with such issues as… Constipation, Digestive issues, Mental Clarity and Focus, Immune Support, Childhood Obesity, and Diabetes, which is a HUGE win for so many.


My goal is to share with you as much as I can for you to transform your Family Kitchen into a haven of great eating, and family fun.


Parenting has so many challenges, with so many different stages of learning and development - both for the kids and the parents.


You know, I have been a mom now for 16 years, 11 months, and 2 weeks, to be exact. My kids both have different tastes, challenges, and weird cravings. I found the right sytem in my household to nurish the troups. Now, let's see if I can help you with yours!
